Dopamine hydrochloride is an endogenous neurotransmitter with sympathomimetic properties that is a potent agonist of the dopamine receptors DRD1-5. Increases heartbeat and blood flow to the body's tissues, also playing a role in reward-motivated behavior. Addictive drugs tend to increase dopamine activity, and multiple nervous system diseases are associated with its dysfunction, including Parkinson's and schizophrenia. Precursor in noradrenalin and adrenalin biosynthesis. Provided as 10 mg of dry powder.
