Background Information: | The PathHunter® GR Nuclear Translocation cell line is a stable, engineered cell line for use in studying drug candidates affecting NHR activation and nuclear translocation. This cell line enables assessment of ligand (e.g. dexamethasone) based NHR activation via detection of resulting GR nuclear translocation. This product uses EFC technology. The included cell line overexpresses PL-tagged GR NHR and nuclear localized EA. Upon activation of GR, induced nuclear translocation leads to production of EFC signal. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. |
