Background Information: | The PathHunter® β-Arrestin2 Retroparticles are MMLV particles designed to transduce cells of interest with β-Arrestin2 fused to EA. In conjunction with a plasmid expressing a PK-tagged GPCR of interest, this allows for these cells to be used for β-Arrestin2 recruitment assays. This product uses EFC technology (https://www.discoverx.com/technologies-platforms/enzyme-fragment-complementation-technology). Ligand induced recruitment of β-Arrestin2 to the activated GPCR leads to complementation and produces EFC signal. These retroparticles ship as 4 vials of cryopreserved retroparticles. |
