PrecisION™ hNav1.5 (HEK 293) Ready-to-Assay Frozen Cells provides an easy-to-use cell based assay to study Nav1.5 ion channels, including drug candidates which affect channel function. These Ready-To-Assay Frozen Cells enables assessment of ion channel function via detection of electrophysiological signals. The included cells overexpress Nav1.5 ion channels. Upon voltage-induced channel activation, response can be detected via automated or manual electrophysiological techniques. These cells are provided as single-use vials of cryopreserved cells.
