Background Information: | CXCL11 is a small cytokine protein that acts as a chemoattractant for IL-2-activated T cells, but does not affect freshly isolated unstimulated T cells, neutrophils, or monocytes. CXCL11 is a "non-ELR" chemokine that is regulated by interferons and elicits its effects by acting as an agonist for the CXCR3 receptor. Provided as 5 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer. |
