Also regulates cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, lipid metabolism, and coagulation. Is implicated in multiple autoimmune disorders due to its role in inflammation, including inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and psoriasis.
