Background Information: | Murine Ephrin-B2 (EPHB2) Fc Chimera is a fusion of EPHB2 to the C-terminal 6X histidine-tagged Fc region of IgG1. EPHB2 is a transmembrane protein-tyrosine kinase and member of the ephrin family. It is implicated in developmental processes, particularly of the nervous system, as well as pattern formation and heart morphogenesis and angiogenesis through regulation of cell adhesion and migration.
