Background Information: | Murine CCL24 is a small cytokine protein produced by activated monocytes and T lymphocytes which selectively chemoattracts cells expressing CCR3, including eosinophils, basophils, Th2 T cells, mast cells, and certain subsets of dendritic cells. CCL24 also inhibits the proliferation of multipotent hematopoietic progenitor cells. Acts as an agonist for CCR3. Provided as 5 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer. |
