Member of the IL-10 superfamily, and agonist of the heterodimeric cell surface receptor that is composed of IL-10R2 and IL-22R1 subunits. Responsible for initiating immune responses against bacterial pathogens in epithelial cells, especially those in the GI and respiratory tract. Provided as 10 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer. |
