Succinate is produced in inflammatory conditions, may be associated with rheumatoid arthritis, and its accumulation is associated with tumorigenesis. It acts through the succinate receptor, SUCNR1 (or GPR91), leading to enhanced IL-1β production. Provided as 10 mg of dry powder. |
