The PathHunter® IL-2 Bioassay Kit (Dimerization) is a functional, robust, highly sensitive, and easy-to-use-cell based assay to study drug potency and neutralizing antibodies. This bioassay enables quantitation of IL-2 mediated Dimerization of the IL-2 receptor. Each PathHunter IL-2 bioassay kit contains all the materials needed to perform a complete assay, including cryopreserved, single-use cells, detection reagents, cell plating reagent, agonist for stimulating the cells, and assay plates. This bioassay has been optimized for a 96-well plate format.
