THIQ is a synthetic drug molecule and selective agonist for the melanocortin receptor MC4 over MC3 and MC1 (IC50=1.2, 761, and 2067nM, respectively). Stimulates sexual activity, including enhancement in intracavernosal pressure, but has little effect on appetite or inflammation. Provided as 1 mg of dry powder.
