Can I share my order information with team members on the website? Orders and order related information, including shipment tracking information and invoices, can be shared among registered users. To share with another individual, that person must be a registered user. Follow these steps to share information with another user:

  1. Log in and select Orders from the User Menu.
  2. For sharing a single order, click on the additional actions ellipsis (i.e., three vertical dots) for the order to be shared and select “Share” on the menu. Alternatively, sharing can be done for multiple orders at once by checking all desired lines, clicking on the additional actions ellipsis (i.e., three vertical dots) on the bulk actions toolbar at the bottom of your display, and then selecting “Share” on the menu.
  3. On the Sharing Settings dialog box
    1. Type in the email address(es) for the individual(s) with whom you want to share and click “Add User” button.
    2. When finished adding all the individuals to whom you want to share, click “Save” button.

  4. Once an order is shared, the share icon will be displayed on the order’s line. Note: the share icon will not be displayed on Mobile devices due to space limitations.

    Note: Once shared, the shared users can find the shared order(s) on the “Shared Orders” tab.
  5. To unshare, repeat the prior steps and on the Sharing Settings dialog box click the “X” remove icon for a shared user and click “Save” button.
