Compound Requirements - GPCR, Kinase & NHR Panels
For specific service or panel specific compound requirements, please visit our Compound Submission page. Generally, compounds may be provided as a stock DMSO solution or dry powder. For single concentration (primary) screens, we need 20 ul of 1000x the desired screening concentration for the first target and an additional 2 ul for each target thereafter or an equivalent amount of dry powder such that when reconstituted, will yield the required volume.
As an example, for three (3 targets), we will need 20 ul + (2 targets x 2 ul/target) = 24 ul of 10mM stock solution for screening at a primary concentration of 10uM. For more information on compound shipping requirements, please visit our Compound Submission page.
Compound Requirements - Orphan GPCR Panel
Compound may be provided as a stock DMSO solution or dry powder. For single concentration (primary) screens, we will 175µL 1000X the desired screening concentration in 100% DMSO, PBS or water. For compounds submitted at 100X the desired screening concentration, increase volume 6X. For more information on compound preparation and shipping requirements, please visit our Compound Submission page.
